Esti Ashkenazi Models White Workout Attire On A Fine Art Photo Shoot For Henry Flores

A while back, I had the pleasure of taking pictures of Esti Ashkenazi. She is a brilliant model and friend. I have not taken a serious photo is a few months and I need to get back to work. So, here it is… I need to get back into the swing of things and hence, my search needs to begin once again.
I am looking to engage experienced and amateur female models who are interested in posing in Fashion, Glamour, Boudoir and Fine Art type photos for me. The idea is to potentially include some of the photos on my Alluring Desires Book(http://www.henryflores.com/category/alluring-desires/).
I am looking for potential models located in the Los Angeles, California and all surrounding areas. You must be at least 18 years of age and be able to provide a state issued ID at the time of the photo shoot.
Payment will be one dollar plus a CD/DVD with all images to use for your portfolio with a model release signature.

Every well known photographer that I know, which I admire, or that is recognized by any museum of modern art, or recognized by the general public, has some sort of collection of photographs that involves beautiful women modeling. These well known photographers have also been published featuring such collections. The rule, according to me is, you need to photograph beautiful female models or Male/Female celebrities.

My goal is to make my own collection of beautiful images with beautiful models in a book called Alluring Desires. My goal is to have both, beautiful female models and Female celebrities. My target, however, it to have a boudoir / burlesque style in those photographs. This is going to be a fun project and I am looking forward to it.

Esti Ashkenazi will hopefully be one of those models that will be featured in my book. I have known Esti for over 8 years now. I used to dance for her dance troop. She is an amazing choreographer and model. Would you like to be one of my models? I am looking to engage experienced and amateur female models who are interested in posing in Fashion, Glamour, Boudoir and Fine Art type photos for me. Esti Ashkenazi models Reflections on a fine art photo shoot for Henry Flores
After having a baby with my wife and after adoring him and watching him grow a little more and become a lot more stronger, I realized that I have not done any work in a while. My precious boy will be four weeks on Tuesday, which means that I have not done any work since then. Time flies when you are having fun. So, here it is… I need to get back into the swing of things and hence, my search needs to begin once again.

“All great photos happen by luck and some others happen with luck.” by Henry Flores
As part of the Gun Series, I took my great friend, model, actor, singer, artist, Jenny Savage to the railroad tracks in San Fernando Valley. I have been craving a great photo shoot there and I have visited the railroad tracks a few times to make sure it was perfect, and it was perfect.
The day started at the camera store where I bought myself a flood light. I was going to be pick up Jenny at her house later on that day. I had this great idea to do low light photography and at the same time expose Jenny correctly. I haven’t worked with a flood light in a very long time and it was going to be fun to shoot that way again. I put on batteries for the flood light and tested while at home. I was feeling good about the shoot.
I picked up Jenny at six o’clock and we got to the tracks just as the sun was going to go down. She started to take off her clothes as I was getting ready with my camera equipment. The sun was finally down and I turned on the flood light. It was perfect.

Caroline D’Amore Models Her Swim Wear for Photographer Henry Flores, Part I

I was checking out my twitter account @henryflores and I noticed that Caroline D’Amore just tweeted that she was going to do a photo shoot for her clothing line. The funny thing was that I was close to the beach in Santa Monica as I was running an errand there, so I headed to the beach as I have always had luck there. To my surprise and my luck, I noticed this good looking girl, who looked like Caroline D’Amore, in the distance getting photographed. I pulled out my long lens and took one picture. I looked at the my camera and zoomed into my picture, only to realize that I hit the jackpot.
Caroline was modeling her Vintage wave print bandana bikini when I started to take pictures. Everything was perfect. The marry-go round and the pier roller coaster were in the background, the sun was at the right position and reflection of the wet sand, made for beautiful pictures. I couldn’t stop taking pictures.
I eventually went to talk to Caroline D’Amore, as I have seen her a few times before. She was really cool with me and told me that she was launching her online store on Wednesday of this week. Her online store is D’Amore Swim (http://www.damoreswim.com). Her photographer was ready changing the memory card and she carried on modeling. I carried on taking pictures.

Caroline D’Amore Models Her Swim Wear for Photographer Henry Flores, Part II

Caroline D’Amore and the photographer went back to their car and I thought that was the end of the shoot. I sat back on the beach and waited for a bit and then realized that it wasn’t over. She was changing into another outfit. She came out of the car wearing a gorgeous vintage ocean teal bandanna bikini. I got a little close and realized that they were getting a bike from the bike rack on their car. I was feeling a bit excited as I was going to get another opportunity for a few more photos.
She got on the bike and started to cruise. Everything was once again perfect. You cannot beat taking pictures of a good looking girl, who is wearing a bikini, riding a bike on a gorgeous sunny California day. She did that for a few minutes and eventually got off the bike. She was going to then model the bikini standing up. I repositioned myself for a better angle. She walked straight to me. Well, she walked straight to her photographer, but I couldn’t help but visualize that she was walking straight to me as that is the way I was seeing it through my lens. After a short time, it was done. She was packing to go home and I thanked them for the shots. Marisa Sundari Models On A Chopper Motorcycle For Photographer Henry Flores

Here is a sneak peak of never before seen photographs of the very talented model and actress, Marisa Sundari. While in Hawaii last year, I had the awesome opportunity to photograph Marisa Sundari on a Custom Chopper Motorcycle. It all started as casual as Hawaii can be. We started to walk the beach area hoping to take pictures with a hotel as a backdrop, but the light was too harsh facing that direction. We then found this water break built into the ocean kinda like a peer built with rocks. We noticed a few surfers walking on the rocks to get into the deep water. Marisa and I decided to give it a try. We took some great photos there and little did we know that we had an audience, including this motorcycle gang, which had already set up there choppers waiting for our return. As soon as we started to head back into land, one of the locals asks me if I would like to photograph Marisa on the bike. One look at the bike and we said, yes. This was the moment that we were waiting for. This concluded our shoot for the day. What do you think?

Katie Cleary, Deal or no Deal Model, Does Morning Run With Her Dog, Photography By Henry Flores

While heading up Mulholland Drive, I noticed in the distance this woman who had an excellent running stride. She was kicking ass going up hill. As I approached in my car, I couldn’t believe my eyes, it was Deal or No Deal Super Model, Katie Cleary. She was looking amazing and I couldn’t pass the opportunity to take a few pictures. I positioned my car on a driveway up the road and I waited for her to zoom by. She was running fast and the poor little dog was with his tongue out gasping for air. He was a cute dog for sure. Just as she gets close, I take a few.

Kim Zolciak Shops for Baby Clothes and Baby Crib, Photography By Henry Flores

I found Kim Zolciak at a local eatery having lunch with her assistant. She was eating at this restaurant, but I do not know the name of it because I was so concentrated on her. She was eating facing the rear of the restaurant so I had no shots. I was there when she was about to pay so I knew that I wasn’t going to have to wait long.
She got out of the restaurant without me taking any photos so I had to follow her. She led me to this shop in Silverlake. It looked like a small boutique where they sold baby stuff. I followed her inside the store with a small point and shoot camera, the Canon G9 that I have. I knew that I had to be sneaky inside the store. I took a couple of photos when everyone was distracted.
After I had plenty of shots, I went outside and got my larger camera. I waited for her to come out. She was surprised to finally noticed me. My thought on her reaction was that she was going to be upset, but she wasn’t. She somehow recognized me and smiled. I asked her for some photos with me and her assistant helped. She was more than friendly, she was awesome.

Kim Zolciak Gets Parking Ticket Then Takes Photos With Me, Henry Flores

Right after taking some pictures together, Kim Zolciak crosses the street and notices that she has a parking ticket on her rental car. She walks towards it and picks up the ticket from the windshield. She opens it up and is surprised to see it costing $40. She gives it to her assistant and comes to say goodbye without even noticing. We took a few more photos and she was on her way.
