It was another one of those days and I decided to take some time off from work and I went to Santa Monica beach in California. Like always, I was waking towards the pier and in the distance I notice a very familiar face. She was on her blue bike and and she was wearing a hot pink bikini with a jean jacket as she enjoyed the rising sun. Caroline D’Amore was heading in my direction. She looked gorgeous and the colors on her bike and on her bikini couldn’t be any better.

Ashley Kathryn Mateo, Rachel Lopez, and Michael Kroetch model for Henry Flores on the beach in Santa Barbara, California. We were doing a shoot for a clothing boutique called Sundance Beach Boutique.
It all started with a phone call from a really good friend of mine. He asked me if I wanted to do this shoot at the beach and I happily agreed. This gave me a good excuse to go to Santa Barbara. We met up at the shop. The models were already there and they were picking some clothes to wear. This is when I found out that I was also going to be a model and they had already picked what I was going to be wearing. It looked like I didn’t have a choice. Next we headed to the beach. The sun was not on our side but I think I made the best of it. I was working hard to find the angles. I think I did a good job. What do you think? Even I, Henry Flores, have to Model When The Models Aren’t Available

The photos where taken by a good friend of mine when there were no male models. I was actually going to be the photographer for a clothing boutique. We had three female models and no male models showed up. Suddenly, I found myself behind the camera.

Ever since Chelsey Heydt changed her hair locks from her natural golden blond to a sultry brunet, I wanted to make her a vampress in my photos. With Halloween, just around the corner, I had my perfect excuse. Although she was not feeling too well, we didn’t miss out on the perfect weather to do my own interpretation of the undead.
She went to buy these long black gloves and that was enough to complete our costumes. Everything else was all improvised. I do like “The Ring” movie feel to my photos. Kinda spooky!

There is only one way to celebrate Halloween and there is nothing better than putting on a pink wig and imitating the best of cartoon anime as a Halloween costume. So, I convinced Amanda Heydt, who is a normal cowgirl who loves to ride and tend to her horses, to get completely out of character and put on a pink wig.
Lucky for me, her room was already a purple type color and her sister had a pink blanket. Then I started my mission to get her comfortable with model photography. To my surprise, she was a natural.

While hanging out in Santa Monica Beach, I noticed Jessica Hall riding a bike passed me. I didn’t react fast enough with my camera so I only got a shot of her from the back as this one dude was noticing her. I figured that she was going to ride back eventually so I just stayed alert. It wasn’t long before I noticed her on her way back.

Jasmine Dustin, This is For The Homies by Henry Flores

I found Jasmine Dustin getting out of her car at a park that I frequently visit to hang out. She was looking radiant in her yellow top and black shorts as she got ready for her workout. She was focused on getting her workout on as I started to snap a few photographs of the gorgeous actress, supermodel. After her workout, she looked a bit tired, but I still went up to her and asked her for a photo. She said yes.
I quickly noticed some of my homies in the back of us working out hard. One of them, was doing one arm push-ups, while the other practiced some sort of martial arts technique. I interrupted them to see if they would allow me to take their photo and Jasmine jumped in. She wanted part of the action. She was beyond cool. This a quick shout out to the homies in the park keeping it real.
